Shipping

Our orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
When items are out of stock, the order ships when all items are available. Or the amount for these items will be refunded.

Orders or pre-orders containing fresh, frozen or perishable items will ship when these items are available. To ensure they are still fresh on arrival. Because these items are not always available, it may take longer than 5 business days before your order is sent.
Some fresh, frozen or perishable items can not be sent during warm weather or in summer. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We do not offer shipping above 25kg per package. Bigger orders can be divided over several packages.

Shipping Rates

Orders above € 85,-, shipping inside the Netherlands, are eligible for free shipping. (DPD only)

Orders above € 85,-, shipping outside the Netherlands, in the European Union, are eligible for € 5,- reduction of the shipping fee.

Shipment outside EU will require extra processing time due to custom declarations.

The following (remote) areas are excluded from shipping.

For shipping to other destinations or other shipping options, please contact us.

Please contact us for extra shipping insurance. Shipping companies have limited insurance for food and liquids.

Pickup in Gouda or Waddinxveen (Netherlands)

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Gouda or Waddinxveen. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Pickup in Gouda or Waddinxveen is by appointment only.
And should be within 5 days.

Lost, held, or damaged packages

We pack all products with great care. Ownership of packages turned over to the shipping company transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for goods damaged due to mishandling during delivery. We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Insurance is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can’t afford to lose. Please contact us if you’d like to use insurance or should any issues arise.
We will try to assist the best we can.
We do not refund shipping costs.

Shipping outside the EU

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. KiosKana is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Shipment outside EU will require extra processing time due to custom declarations.
We take care filling out the customs documents. However, any issues, delays or returns that might arise at the customs are the risk of the buyer. We will try to assist the best we can, should any issues arise during transport.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please review our Return Policy prior to making any purchases.  

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Check our Return Policy for more information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We do not refund shipping costs.
