As we are small business, it doesn’t give us enough revenue if customer order less than 25€. We need to spend on cardboard box, thermobox, filler and salary. You are welcome however to do pick up order with minimum of 10€ per order.
Because when you pay online, there is administration cost. If you order under 10€ we don’t receive enough revenue since we have to pay high administration cost.
We are primarily a webshop. However, visits are possible by appointment.
We are small company with minimum workers, to work effectively and to ensure we have everything is written for later used, we only communicate via chat or email.
We reuse boxes and packing material. Use green hosting. Recycle any waste. And prefer Carbon neutral delivery.

We recycle as much as we can. Sometimes we also use old newspapers as filling. And buy or use secondhand boxes. We also separate and recycle any waste whenever possible.

If your order hasn’t been sent you can cancel it. However there will be 0.50 cent administration fee if you paid your order via iDeal or Sofort and we can not refund other types of payment fee (ie: paypal, Klarna, credit card etc).
